1913 Chihuahua Mexico 10 Pesos Banknote Cowboy & Cattle P# S133a Choice UNC 64

Description: A nice choice uncirculated banknote from the Bank of the State of Chihuahua in Mexico. The banknote is from the 1913 series A and has the denomination of 10 pesos. The banknote is black and white with a vignette showing a cowboy riding a horse while herding cattle in the center. The vignette is surrounded by the denomination on multicolored underprint. The front has one signature and shows the denomination in all four corners. The back of the note is orange in color and has the arms of Mexico consisting of an eagle with a snake in its beak, in the center. The back also shows the denomination on both sides of the seal and in the four corners. This particular note has the serial number 065808 in red displayed twice on the front and is not displayed on the back. The note has only one signature displayed in the center of the bottom on the front but has no water mark that we could find.
